I’ve had to adapt really quickly to Covid19 right from day one.
My customers have always been my priority from initially getting them home early from their holidays before lockdown in various countries started and then cancelling and re-booking holidays and obtaining refunds for cancelled holidays.
Making sure customers who do decide to travel have all the necessary paperwork and know what the restrictions they are and how to remain safe. I have been there 24/7 for my customers throughout the last 4 months.
